He
spent most of his life in the area of Mendoza.
He was the designer
of several Damn including the Nihuil, Piedra del aguila and several
others
There was a school that carried his name in the city Piedra
del Aguila When the construction of the Damn was finished, the town
became a ghost town. A couple of yesars ago, the school was reopened
but under a different name.
The Engineer was one of the pioneers
of all the hidraulic studies developed in the Andes mountains usually
doing expeditions that would last the whole summer using mules as
the main movilization methods
In 1951 he was named Director of
"Irrigation studies and developments" in the province of
Mendoza.
